Upgrade
On this page you can buy upgrades.
If you purchased your copy of the product you
want to upgrade on 15 May 2003 or later you are entitled
to a free upgrade for that product. Please send an e-mail
to
upgrade@VisualETL.com
with a copy of your order (or if you don't have got that
order anymore, with your name, company name and address)
to request that free upgrade. We will then send you an an
email with a license upgrade.
If you purchased your copy of the product you
want to upgrade before 15 May 2003 you are entitled
to buy a new license for a reduced price (see list below
for upgrade prices).
The fastest way to order and receive
our products is by placing your
order
online (Internet Orders). You can also place your order
by
phone,
or
fax.
Credit card orders can be processed within one hour.
Right after your order has been processed by
ShareIt we send you the download instructions and registration
details by e-mail. When you've selected "postal mail" for
shipping, we'll send you the products on CD-ROM.
All products ordered include e-mail support.

About the license code
When ordering an upgrade, you need to fill
out their license code to make it possible for us to identify
you as a customer. You can find the license code in
the about box of the old version. The license code is the
text next to "Registered To". One license code (if you own
multiple products) of the products you already own is sufficient.
If you can't find the license code then you must send an email
to
sales@VisualETL.com
with as much information you've got for us to identify you
as a customer and continue with placing the order.

in US Dollars. Specify the desired quantity for each product
you would like to order:
This is the quickest method to buy our
products and can take just a few minutes online. To place
an internet order, specify the desired quantity for each
product you would like to order in the form above and press

For phone orders, specify the desired
quantity for each product you would like to order in the
form above and press the "Buy Now" button. Write down the
product IDs and use one of the following phone numbers to
