Support Information
We currently only offer electronic
support via email and this website. This is to ensure that
we do not spend an inordinate amount of time dealing with
phone support issues, such as the tendency for phone calls
to turn into "chatting" and the added expense of returning
phone calls while problems are researched more thoroughly.
E-mail support questions are normally answered within 12
hours of their receipt. If you feel you have been waiting
for a response longer than necessary please let us know
in writing via e-mail so we can correct the problem. Please
note that we will provide support for those evaluating a
trial version of our product.

users of our products.

Register a purchased product
By registering you are entitled to technical
support and free minor updates. You will also be notified
about new releases of your particular product. Please note
that you can only register a purchased product (the full version).

We cannot guarantee a prompt response if an e-mail is not
sent to our technical support mail address. To make things
easier, we also have a easy-to-use web-based incident report
submission form available here.
When you're a customer, we encourage you to
register the product. You can register the full version
of your product here.
Required support information
When sending us a support question via
email, please be sure to include the following information:
- Operating system being used (Windows 98,
2000, XP etc.)
- Product name and version
- If at all possible a sample project that
can replicate the problem (VisualETL project file, Source
and Target databases, etc.)
Updates
You can download the latest version and
updates in the Customer Area. Click

All customers can get free updates of our products.
As soon as an update is available, we'll send all our customers
a product update notification with information on how to
get the update. We'll send this product update notification
to your contact e-mail address. This contact e-mail address
is the e-mail address filled out in the order form or in
the product registration form. If the email address filled
out in the order form is not the email address of the user
of the products, you can update that email address by using
the link below or register
the product.
