15 Day Trial License
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN CONSTITUTE A LEGAL
AGREEMENT.
THIS AGREEMENT (THE "AGREEMENT") CONTAINS THE ENTIRE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND WELSH COMMUNICATIONS. ("WELSH
COMMUNICATIONS ") WITH RESPECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DESCRIBED HEREIN. READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU
CLICK ON THE "I ACCEPT" BUTTON BELOW. BY CLICKING ON THE "I
ACCEPT" BUTTON, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT (1) YOU ARE AUTHORIZED
TO ENTER THIS AGREEMENT FOR AND ON BEHALF OF YOUR COMPANY,
AND ARE DOING SO, AND (2) YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND AND
AGREE THAT YOU AND THE COMPANY SHALL TO BE BOUND BY THESE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL MODIFICATIONS AND ADDITIONS
PROVIDED FOR. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS, CLICK ON THE "I DO NOT ACCEPT" BUTTON BELOW AND
INSTALLATION WILL TERMINATE.
LICENSE GRANT
Welsh Communications ("WELSH COMMUNICATIONS") grants you a
non-exclusive license to test this software in 15-Day Trial
Version, and any associated documentation ("The Trial
Version"), as indicated herein.
You MAY: (a) install and use the Trial Version for
evaluation purpose only during 15 days after the
installation.
RESTRICTIONS
You MAY NOT: (a) use the Trial Version after the evaluation
period of 15 days; (b) use the files or documents created
with the Trial Version (except for test purpose or once a
full version has been purchased); (c) sell this Trial
Version package; (d) cause or permit reverse engineering,
disassembly, decompile or alteration of this Software; (e)
remove any product identification, copyright notices, or
other notices or proprietary restrictions from this
Software; (f) copy the documentation accompanying the
software; (g) transfer any of the rights granted to you
under this Agreement; (h) rent, lease, loan, resell or
otherwise transfer the Software.
TRIAL VERSION DISTRIBUTION
You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Trial
Version as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided
that all files are intact. You must distribute the install
form of the Trial Version (you must distribute the INSTALL
file, not the files resulting of an installation). You are
not allowed to sell the Trial Version (except for shipment
and handling charges). Press is authorized to distribute it
on any Cover Disk, CD-ROM without permission from Welsh
Communications. Shareware Catalog Web sites are authorized
to distribute it as a download file (hosted or linked to the
VisualETL.com site) without permission from Welsh
Communications.
TERM
This License is effective until terminated. You may
terminate it at any time by destroying the Trial Version,
together with all copies thereof. This License will also
terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition
of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to
destroy the Trial Version, together with all copies thereof.
COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP
This Software, its source code and documentation are
proprietary products of WELSH COMMUNICATIONS and are
protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your possession, installation, or use of the Software does
not transfer to you any title to the intellectual property
in the Software, and you will not acquire any rights to the
Software except the limited right to use it as expressly set
forth in this Agreement.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is supplied "AS IS". WELSH COMMUNICATIONS
disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including,
without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of
fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire
risk of using the Software.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
WELSH COMMUNICATIONS assumes no liability for damages,
direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, which may
result from the use of the Software, even if WELSH
COMMUNICATIONS has been advised of the possibility of such
damages.
